biscuits for bunnies

We have a new pet rabbit, his name's Jasper and we love him. He eats pellets, hay and our vege scraps but we get that many vege scraps that I wanted to make something I could freeze. I came up with this recipe after looking at biscuit treat recipes on the internet

1 cup pellets crushed ( or you can use the crushed pellets at the end of a bag)
1 cup oats
2 ripe bananas
carrot tops
1 carrot
cabbage

Blend the lot in a blender until it's a thick paste consistency that can be patted down on your bench. Cut out with a cookie cutter or use a knife to cut into squares

Bake for 30 mins at 180c, turn the oven off and leave in the oven for 2 hours. Store in airtight containers. Only give your bunny 1 biscuit a day.

  1. The inherent power of a work is never buried or long imprisonment. A work of art may be forgotten the time, may have been banned, may be buried in a coffin, but something always powerful thing is not too big to overcome future.
